The aim of the workshop is to investigate the body’s presence on stage, develop individual expressiveness and acquire all the instruments needed for creative independence. It is a free space in which to explore one’s potential. We take time to experiment – without any expectation of results – through exercises, improvisation, compositional attempts and a hefty dose of game playing. No specific expertise is required: just an interest in or familiarity with working on one’s body. Interested in investigating new forms of language, the Teatro delle Moire has participated in many milieus and experiences, not only in the area of creation but also representation. Its productions cannot be classified in any specific category, as they all share research into theatre and dance that steps outside all formal codes.
